I think this song is such a “cutesy” track. Meaning, it’s easy to listen to, is upbeat, and is great for a warm-up or recovery track. Little Mix never really got super huge, but they had a few hits, and this is one of my all-time favorites to throw into my cycling mixes. You can play with speed by riding under the beat during the verses and then surging up to the bpm during the choruses for a nice warm-up. Alternatively, you can ride it as a steady flat for a recovery, and again, maybe slowly add some speed back in as the track goes on. I’ve also used it as a way to get some time in and out of the saddle. The song has an easy enough feel that you can encourage your riders to focus on smooth transitions from sitting to standing (and the reverse) without the song overpowering people into a lack of control.
Have you ever heard of Little Mix? Are there other songs I should give a listen to?

Kala,
I LOVE this group! My fave songs are Hair, Wings, and Reggaeton Lento (Remix) with CNCO. I clearly have to investigate their other songs, because I wasn’t familiar with Black Magic. Thanks for the recommendation!
Susan,
There is a “Little Mix Official Playlist” on Spotify listing 79 songs. “Little Me” close to the end has a good beat (80 bpm) and an inspiring message.
