From our archives: This creative profile explores and experiences the sensations that go along with the “He loves me, he loves me not” game. You know the one—where you pull petals off a daisy and the answer associated with the last petal is the one that applies to your current crush. The music reflects these two alternatives, which should have your riders alternating between pain and pleasure.

Christine I am in Vancouver, we have plenty of local talent here too, including my daughters friends “Good for Grapes” check them out. They have done a couple of cross Canada tours and are in the studio recording their second CD. I also know Rich Aucoin. I get many ideas from listening to CBC radio 2 and radio 3. Buck 65 was a good choice for “he loves me not”, seeing that his last CD was written about the break up of his marriage. I’ll check out Alana Yorke.
We should collaborate and do a Canada Day ride – music from coast to coast!
Sandi – I’m so glad you appreciate the Canadian content. I live in Halifax, home of lots of great musicians including Buck 65 and Rich Aucoin. I too make a point of having Canadian music in every profile. BTW, check out Alana Yorke. Her first album just dropped and I think it is mesmerizing. I am planning an introspective class based on it.
THANK YOU for the Canadian content in this ride!! 🙂 Most of my cycling profiles have about 50% Canadian content. I can’t wait to do this profile with your music on Saturday. PS… I listen to Buck 65 (Rich Terfry) every afternoon on Drive (CBC radio2).
Christine, I can’t wait to try this! 🙂
