I would do leg surges to this song. I like to have a second warm-up song where we “wake up” the legs with surges in intensity either by increasing leg speed or standing (the latter if it’s a slower cadence). This song is the perfect energy and length for this purpose. On the verse I’d have them at moderate in the 80s rpm for cadence, then chase the beat (to 106 rpm) on those choruses. 30 seconds is the perfect length for this. Thanks for this awesome song!
