Robert Baldi

Robert has been a cyclist for almost his entire life, first as a child growing up in Tuscany, then during secondary education in London. Once he started working in London, he continued to ride, commuting the 20Km to work and back, as well as enjoying long weekend rides. Having dabbled with racing when younger, he now prefers to test himself on a cyclosportive, such as the Marmotte, or just to ride for sheer pleasure of it. He has been teaching indoor cycling since 2003, and has been a certified Spinning instructor since 2006, becoming a full-time professional in 2007. His classes are influenced by his experience as a cyclist, language teacher, nightclub DJ, international negotiator, and a passion for the Spinning programme and the life changes that it can help deliver. His experience as a cyclist help him design Spinning classes to enhance performance on the road, while motivating individuals regardless of objectives and fitness levels. His classes are energising and inspirational, fun but challenging, all with a specific training goal.
