I use this track in my Out and Back ride. On the way back I have a flat to the end and instead of a vanilla push to the end, I use it to simulate a final race finish; checking out the competition to see who is challenging you for the win. The nuances and changes in tempo and rhythm work really well. I don’t ride this one but talk it and without fail, you can see the class start to take on the personality of being on the road and wanting to ‘win the race’.
