I wanted to share with you a discussion that took place recently in the ICA Facebook group (the private group for yearly members). You may learn something from this interaction and apply it to a situation you may be experiencing with one of your riders (or one which you may encounter in the future).
A month ago ICA member Melody posted that she had a rider that started doing push-ups in her class and wanted to know how she should handle it. Several of us responded that she should first direct general cues to the entire class.
