The 68th Annual Grammy Awards will light up Los Angeles’s Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, February 1, 2026, with Trevor Noah returning as host for the sixth—and final—time. Fun fact: The Grammys have been held in Los Angeles more than any other city, and the iconic gramophone trophy has remained largely unchanged since the first awards ceremony in 1959.
For eight consecutive years, I’ve created Grammy-themed cycling profiles for the Indoor Cycling Association. My goal is always to include as many musical genres as possible, but some years—like this one—can be a bit more challenging. You may notice that this year’s playlist leans more heavily into pop and electronic music. That said, the ICA Bucket Playlist is linked at the end of this post and includes an additional 169 alternative song choices to explore. (Note: Some tracks may contain explicit lyrics, so please be sure to review them according to your facility’s guidelines.)
This year’s profile is a progressive ride featuring three intensity-building climbs, each followed by recovery. Each block begins in Zone 3 with a slightly higher cadence to help you ease into the climb before the resistance and effort gradually increase. The first climb is 10 minutes, the second is 14.5 minutes, and the final challenge clocks in at 10.5 minutes. Think strong legs, steady focus, and deep breathing!
One of my favorite parts of creating these profiles is highlighting one or two songs that really resonate with me or simply make me happy. This year, my first pick is “adore u” by Fred again.. featuring Obongjayar. There’s something about the 124 bpm beat and the way the track builds that I absolutely love—it’s smooth, immersive, and perfectly suited for a climb.
My second standout is “APT.” by ROSÉ and Bruno Mars. The song (and the video!) just makes me smile. It’s upbeat, playful, and incredibly fun to ride to. With a tempo of 149 bpm, it creates a perky, fast climb that feels energizing rather than overwhelming. I hope these songs bring you as much joy on the bike as they do for me.
ICA members can find the full profile—both the longer and express versions—along with the accompanying playlist below. We’ve also included the bucket playlist with nearly 170 additional Grammy-nominated tracks, giving you plenty of options if you’d like to swap a song or tailor the ride to your riders’ tastes.
