Genre wise, with all the genre blending going on in music (which I think is awesome), pop has lost its definition. And I’ve also gotten over my disdain for it, and have realized it was always a form of musical prejudice! Maybe back in the days of “top 40” a lot of crap pop music gave it a bad name, yet not anymore.
