How can I extend this for a 55 or 60 minute class?
Look at the ICA Thanksgiving playlist and find a few songs you really like and add them. You can extend each of the climbs by one song, or add a fast flat segment. You may get some ideas of songs (and what to do to them) from the other 3 Thanksgiving profiles. Mixing and matching them is a great way to expand your options!
